These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Jasmine Fitbelly Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), including postpartum massage, belly binding (紮肚), and related recovery treatments, as well as your use of our website at jasminefitbelly.com.
By booking any service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Jasmine Fitbelly provides professional postpartum recovery services in Hong Kong, including:
- Postpartum massage (產後按摩)
- Belly binding / Jaat to (紮肚)
- Diastasis recti assessment and recovery support
- Post-partum exercise guidance
All services are delivered in-home by our Registered Nurse therapist within Hong Kong SAR. Service areas, availability, and specific treatment protocols are at our discretion.
2. Eligibility and Medical Clearance
Important: Our services are wellness treatments, not medical procedures. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician.
2.1 General Eligibility
Our services are available to postpartum women aged 18 and above. By booking, you confirm that:
- You have given birth and are in the postpartum recovery period.
- You have no medical condition that would make massage or belly binding treatment contraindicated.
- You will disclose any relevant medical history, complications, or ongoing treatments to your therapist before the first session.
2.2 Timing Requirements

We recommend beginning your treatment between Day 28 and Day 42 postpartum for optimal results. Treatment timing may be adjusted based on individual recovery assessment.
2.3 Contraindications
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we determine that it may not be safe, including but not limited to cases of:
- Unhealed surgical wounds or active infection
- Severe postpartum haemorrhage or ongoing bleeding
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clotting disorders
- Fever or acute illness
- Any condition where massage or abdominal binding is medically contraindicated
In such cases, we will advise you to consult your doctor before proceeding. No cancellation fee applies when treatment is declined for medical safety reasons.
2.4 Diastasis Recti & Severe Cases
During assessment, if we identify severe diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation), we will recommend our post-partum exercise programme to support your recovery alongside treatment. Our therapist will assess severity and advise accordingly.
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 How to Book
Bookings are made via WhatsApp at +852 5398 6687. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation message from us with the agreed date, time, and service details.
3.2 Pre-Treatment Assessment
Before your first session, our therapist will conduct a comprehensive assessment including:
- Delivery details and recovery status
- Diastasis recti measurement
- Wound healing status (for C-section clients)
- Any relevant medical history
This assessment is essential for safe and effective treatment planning.
3.3 Service Location
All services are provided at your residential address in Hong Kong. You are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and private environment suitable for treatment. This includes a flat surface (bed or treatment area) and adequate room temperature.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Exceptions may be made at our discretion for genuine emergencies (e.g., hospital admission, infant emergency). Please contact us as soon as possible in such circumstances.
4.1 Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Therapist illness or emergency
- Severe weather warnings (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm)
- Safety concerns regarding the treatment environment
In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional cost to you.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Current pricing is available on our website and will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- FPS (Faster Payment System)
- PayMe
- Bank transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
5.3 Payment Terms
- Single sessions: Payment is due before or at the time of the appointment.
- Treatment packages: Full payment is due upon booking. Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
5.4 Refund Policy
- Unused single sessions: Refundable if cancelled with 48 hours' notice (see Section 4).
- Treatment packages: Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with our prior written consent. Partially used packages are non-refundable.
- Medical cancellations: If we decline treatment for medical safety reasons (Section 2.3), a full refund will be provided for that session.
6. Treatment Packages
6.1 Package Validity
Treatment packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted at our discretion for documented medical reasons.
6.2 Package Transferability
Packages are personal to the purchaser. Transfer to another person requires our prior written consent and may be subject to reassessment of the new recipient.
6.3 Recovery Report
Clients who complete a treatment package will receive a comprehensive recovery report documenting their progress, measurements, and recommendations for continued recovery.
7. Health Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully.
7.1 Nature of Services
Our services are wellness and recovery treatments provided by a Registered Nurse therapist. They are:
- Not medical treatments — they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Complementary to your postpartum medical care, not a replacement for it.
7.2 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information about your health, medical history, and any medications.
- Inform your therapist immediately of any discomfort, pain, or adverse reaction during treatment.
- Follow any aftercare advice given by your therapist.
- Seek medical attention for any health concerns and not rely solely on our services.
7.3 Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:
- Specific measurements of diastasis recti closure
- Waist circumference reduction
- Speed of postpartum recovery
- Pain relief or elimination
Progress depends on many factors including your overall health, adherence to aftercare recommendations, lifestyle, and individual physiology.
7.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong SAR:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific treatment that gave rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
- We shall not be liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or to follow aftercare advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Jasmine Fitbelly Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws in Hong Kong. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
9. Website Use
9.1 Accuracy of Information
While we endeavour to keep our website content accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the information on our website is complete, correct, or current. Service details, pricing, and availability should be confirmed directly with us via WhatsApp.
9.2 Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.
9.3 Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge and accept our use of these technologies.
10. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a client relationship if:
- The treatment environment is unsafe or unsanitary.
- The client or any person present behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner toward our therapist.
- The client repeatedly fails to attend appointments without notice.
- The client provides false or misleading health information.
In such cases, our standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
11. Photography and Testimonials
We may request your permission to:
- Take recovery progress photos for your clinical record.
- Use anonymised progress photos or your testimonial for our website and social media.
Such use is always subject to your explicit, written consent and may be withdrawn at any time. We will never publish identifiable photos or personal details without your permission.
12. Insurance
Jasmine Fitbelly maintains professional indemnity insurance appropriate for the services we provide. Details are available upon request.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, severe weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), or other acts of God. In such cases, we will reschedule affected appointments at no additional charge.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via WhatsApp.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services:
- Amicable resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
- Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Hong Kong Mediation Centre.
- Courts: The courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jasmine Fitbelly Ltd. regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
